The Community Services Directorate are seeking Enforcement Officers to join the Licensing & Enforcement Team to develop a first response service to environmental and nuisance issues across Harrow.  Working in small teams you will be representing and providing a dynamic resource to tackle Harrows most complained of issues.

About you

The successful candidate will have:

  • Two or more advanced level qualifications, Maths and English at GCSE level
  • A valid driving licence
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Competent in the use of standard computer systems
  • High standard of written and verbal presentational and communication skills
  • Experience in working to strict policies, processes and procedures
  • A methodical and organised approach with the ability to manage own workload
