Due to continued growth in student numbers, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic team dedicated to providing an inclusive and challenging learning environment for our young people.                                 

The successful candidate will support young students who are having difficulties accessing the curriculum, working flexibly to support the students who may have learning and behavioural difficulties, often emotional and social.  Previous experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage, but not a requirement as training will be given.

Rooks Heath School is part of Tithe Academy, a Multi Academy Trust and sponsors a local primary school. Our schools work together to drive up standards across the MAT. We offer excellent CPD opportunities and potential for career progression.
